Hi Everyone, My husband had a routine colonoscopy yesterday (I'm sure he'd love to know I'm telling all of you, lol!) . When the surgeon came in afterward, he reported a clean result and then turned to me and said "Whatever you're feeding him, keep feeding it to him because he's doing great!" He added that everything looked perfect. My hubby had a great colono last year, too. He had to do it because his brother had colon cancer. Anyway, clean as a whistle! He isn't the best at following the Zone, but at least he avoids unprocessed foods.
