So CNN just posted that Weight Watchers is revamping their point system to 'reward' more nutritional foods over others as well as fiber content.
This is hysterical.
Every time that a story about dieting and nutrition hits the internet it is almost always something that the Zone Diet already considers. The below link on WW is just the most recent. But there have been plenty of others, such as good fats vs. bad fats, glycemic index, etc.
Sometimes it sure appears that the Zone Diet does not get enough recognition.
