I have not been on the website in nearly a year and was touring around the section on Zone foods in the shop section. How is it possible that things like bagels and pasta are included in Zone foods shipped to your home? Are these special formulated low glycemic breads? Where do the protein's come from in these home shipments? I don't see any. Chris

Christopher, the products are baked using a technique called "MOLECULAR BAKING". No one really knows what that actually is, so my guess is that the bakers waved their magic wand over the oven, and the flour turned from an unfavorable carb into a favorable carb. LOL!
