    hello all I am new to zone , and so far on my 5th day , i wanted to ask , does the first week or two create a dip in the energy level i do crossfit and my purpose of joining zone is to increases levels anyone else go thru similar reactions ? thanx

    How much protein are you eating? How much FO are you taking?

    Neha, yes, it could for some people.  As you begin to burn stored fat during the first week or two in the Zone, there can be a release of AA from you fat cells, which causes tempporary energy drops, or headaches, etc. for some people.  If this is happening fro you, increasing your Omega Rx dose will help.

    Neha - I didn't experience an energy drop but there was a good part of the first week where I felt pretty crappy. But once I got past that I have felt so wonderful and my energy is at the highest it's been in years.

    Thank you for the responses , I'm on a 1200 cal diet
    And yes I shud have taken all the omega ,

    It is now inclusive and the weakness is wearing off.

    Just a week , looking forward to completing a month of zone .
