    Im doing the 11 blocks a day. 3block meals and 1 block snacks. For breakfast this morning I had.. 5 Turkey bacon (2g protein each) 1/4 egg substitute (6g protein) 1 slice of cheese (5g protein) 1 1/2 cups of grapes for carbs and 1 tsp of olive oil. Does this look right for a 3 block meal?

    You did calculate the number of grams/blocks (3) correctly. A better choice would be more egg less bacon and some veggies in stead of all grapes. Variety is the spice of life:-) Remember to take your fish oil and polyphenols.

    Brandi,

    I know you are opposed to veggies (from what you have said on prior posts).  Grapes are favorable carb in the Zone, but if you are going to center your diet aroud fruits, then make sure you get a good amount of berries.  Amongst the fruits, berries have the lowest glycemic load.
