Well, I can tell you that Sears does not recommend a cheat meal more than once per MONTH! That said, I would say that if you are going to do it more frequently, do it all at once. If you are going to blow one meal, that is best. If you are going to blow an entire day, then you will probably have more difficulty getting back in the Zone. The further out you go, the more difficult it will be to get back in.
