    I've been reading through the Crossfit forum and looking at the idea of cheat days. Typically I cheat once a week on a set day and usually is for one meal. However, as of late I have been wondering exactly how to cheat. For example should it be one day all day or should it only be one meal. Can any experienced Zoners or Crossfitters give me any advice
    I'm a first time college student!

    Hi, Jake! Well, I can tell you that Sears does not recommend a cheat meal more than once per MONTH! That said, I would say that if you are going to do it more frequently, do it all at once. If you are going to blow one meal, that is best. If you are going to blow an entire day, then you will probably have more difficulty getting back in the Zone. The further out you go, the more difficult it will be to get back in.
