It is unfavorable, but IMO it is still packed with good vitamins, so I would not totally write it off as unhealthy.
Now, I guess it would depend on HOW you eat it... in the form of a pie, or some other sweet treat, might not be a good way to get the vitamins. But, if you prepare it in another way, like a soup, you could ration it out to a 1-block portion of carb, and make it part of a balanced zone meal.
