Hi everyone, I was wondering if you can put fish oil into your cooking or does it burn out the health benefits? Just 2 teaspoon the way you would take it not as a base to cook with. Also, if you put a capful of Sea Health Plus does it disappear during cooking? I am only thinking for family members who would not or could not afford these products if they would help them at all. Thanks for your help.

I really don't know what cooking will do to the fish oil. Maybe tech support will know, or else call Zone Labs, they should know.

You shouldn't cook with fish oil, it is too unstable and the fats are too easily damaged. You can add it to cold things like smoothies without a problem.
I wouldn't cook with sea health either as some of the anti-oxidant properties may be lost
