The baked goods, bars and pasta are Zone foods. My LBM and activity level gives me a higher protein requirement than the average female, so my day contains slightly more food (about 13 blocks).
Went on a day trip to New Hampshire today with my daughter and baby grandsons, and we met a friend for lunch.
Breakfast: Toasted multigrain Zone bagel with light cream cheese and smoked wild sockeye salmon and some plum slices
Snack: 1 mint chocolate chip nougat Zone bar
Lunch: At a restaurant, marinated Mediterranean Salad with bronzed shrimp added...delicious and it contained a substantial amount of veggies like cucumber, peppers, red onion, tomatoes, etc.
Snack: cinnamon bun
Dinner: Large garden salad (mixed greens, green beans, peppers, etc.) with bagel chips, a few peach slices and raspberries
Snack: brownie topped with a little peanut butter
