I've been zoning for about a month now, and I'm having some trouble figuring out what my activity level should really be. I don't want to overestimate it and consume too much, nor do I want to short-change myself. My workout schedule is often twice a day-
Mornings (M-F): 30-45 min running or bodyweight workout
Afternoons: Crossfit (following the 3 on / 1 off rotation)
So far I've been using the .9 "Very Active" multiplier.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
