Hi everybody! I've been zoning for about a month now, and I'm having some trouble figuring out what my activity level should really be. I don't want to overestimate it and consume too much, nor do I want to short-change myself. My workout schedule is often twice a day- Mornings (M-F): 30-45 min running or bodyweight workout Afternoons: Crossfit (following the 3 on / 1 off rotation) So far I've been using the .9 "Very Active" multiplier. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Do you know what the difference would be between the activity levels? Sometimes between levels there may be a block or 2 difference, so if you are unsure, you could just settle for something in between. In any case, if what you are doing is meeting your needs, you should be feeling in the Zone. If it is too much, then you would not feel in the Zone. And, if you are not getting enough, then you would be losing LBM and probably not in the Zone, either.
