Ok so for my post-workout nutrition I like to use BSN's Syntha 6. Now that I'm 'zoning' I just want to make sure I have the blocks right. Sooooo for syntha 6 1 serving has 6g of fat (2 of which are saturated), 13 carbs (5 of which are fiber) and 22 grams of protein. This means 1 serving has: 3 blocks of protein 1 block of carb 2 blocks of fat am i right? any and all help is appreciated.

Yes, that's correct, if you wanted to make it exactly zone balanced add another 1 or 2 blocks of carbs, and maybe an extra fat block of 3 grams fat
