Your instincts are good. You're correct that you need more food for that to be a Zone balanced meal. A couple more blocks of carbohydrate will do it. Try eating an apple with the meal, or instead, you could adding 1 tomato, chopped and 1 green pepper, chopped, plus eat a block of berries or other favorable fruit for dessert. If your dressing is fat free, you'll also need to add a dash of monounsaturated fat to the meal. "Toxic Fat" is an excellent book.
