Well today I was super beat. Muscles sore from head to toe and did a 2 1/2 hour cardio session last night. So I opted to go on a 1 1/2 super brisk walk (4 miles up hill) and I feel great! However, I just can't seem to get over the guilt of doing such a lame workout. I guess I'm looking for someone to let me know it is ok. Thanks. (but tell the truth).

No, not lame. In fact, you could be overdoing it. Too much can raise cortisol levels and could affect your ability to stay in the Zone.
