Hi everyone, i would like to know if i've missed out some pointers in the zone. I've read some posts on the forum, one particular post from "Moonglow" interest me, she said she's going curves on certain days, and was told to do just protein for one day. i've no idea on what's "going curves: means...any idea?? May i know if there's some sequences in doing the zone, like for instance, you will have just pure protein for a few days, then go back to the zone to keep that fat burning kind of thing, ? i kind of recall jennifer aniston did comment on something like "next week's all protein, no fun" while she's doing the zone......heee... thanks in advance for answering my questions!!!!!

I've never known Dr. Sears to recommend anything remotely like this. I doubt it is a true "Zone" recommendation. "Curves" is a chain exercise business for women only. I've never gone, but as I understand from the people I know who attend, it's approximately 1/2 hr of circuit training to music using upper and lower body mackines with a 30 sec to a min of aerobics between each machine. I also understand all the machines are preset at one setting which can't be changed. As you gain strength, the only way you can progress is to do each exercise faster to get more reps in. I don't view this as the optimal setting, but if it gets someone exercising who would otherwise be sedentary it has it's place.[/color:d15c722f70]
