I've been using a liquid omega-3 (cod liver oil).  When I take it with my breakfast, should I include it with my fat count?  The recommended amount is 1 tsp daily, and 1 tsp is 5 fat grams?

    Hi Lisa,

Your daily supplementation of FO is for body function and hormonal balance, and not caloric value. You'll want to get your fat blocks from Mono-Unsat fats like Almonds, Olive oil, etc, as well as take your FO from pure sources, possibly even some high grade sources that are listed and tested commonly from the following organization mentioned in Toxic Fat: http://www.ifosprogram.com/IFOS/default.aspx I've personally taken some of these different FO's and rely on them to contain extremely low levels of impurities like Dioxins & Mercury.
