Your daily supplementation of FO is for body function and hormonal balance, and not caloric value. You'll want to get your fat blocks from Mono-Unsat fats like Almonds, Olive oil, etc, as well as take your FO from pure sources, possibly even some high grade sources that are listed and tested commonly from the following organization mentioned in Toxic Fat:
