Hi Folks.... Just checking in as I haven't been on the forums much since earlier in the year. I've been zoning for a year and a half now and am still holding at a loss of 90 pounds, which is where I was at the end of last year. Three surgeries and getting laid off for a short time have kept me from getting my butt into the gym, but things are getting back to normal and I plan to incorporate some exercises to increase muscle mass and replace the rest of the 20 more pounds which I'd still like to loose. Hi Susy......:) Jim Fenton

Hi Jim! Good to see you're still around! And that, in spite of your troubles, you've managed to keep the weight loss! I too have been incommunicado........I have recently began lurking again. 6 weeks ago I gave birth to a beautiful (of course) baby boy, and now am ready to resume zoning to get rid of the 20 pounds I added during pregnancy. Gotta restart the exercise program, too......what a slacker I am! Been fishing lately?

Soooo.... I'm not the only one that fell of the face of the earth eh? I'm thrilled to hear that all is well with the new mom and little one :) Hows the probably not so small puppy doing these days? Did you grow feet yet? Jim

Welcome back, Jim and Lisa. It's good to see familiar, friendly faces. Glad to hear you are doing well. I am also dealing with some gainage due to stress and made some bad choices this summer (bartending due to layoff--argh! Makes it tough...) but am back in, and hopefully these pounds will slide off soon. Maybe it will be a jump start to get down to my goal. (Not a pound, but a pant size. :) I'm a little too Obsessive Compulsive to dare aim for a #.) Congratulations on the little one, Lisa. Later, time to eat. :) ronica

Ronica and Jim, thanks for the congrats. This one is alot more demanding than my last, but he's cute, so I'll keep him. The dog is doing ok.....still has unknown stomach problems which we are still trying to track down, but he's on PGFO and looks good.....just won his Hungarian Junior Championship. Feet are still here, but were akin to an elephant's right before the birth. Surgeries, babies, layoffs................no more weak excuses! Time to get committed and hit those personal goals. Ooooh, feeling motivated now........................

Hey Jim, Nice to see you're still doing well. Where did you end up leveling off? I lost those 25 lbs early on and have been pretty steady 185-186 since. I took on some new challenges. Just completed my 1st (and last, I think) Marathon (BayState) in Lowell on Oct. 17th. Still travelling a lot. In Minnesota these days, since last March. Maintaining good eating habits is tough while working in a high-stress IT project environment. Take care, Pierre
