Our baby girl is 25 weeks in the womb and has quite an active kick in her. This evening, I made my wife some Zone Pasta Mac-N-Cheese. (1 packet of Zone Fusili Pasta, 1/3 cup of Lite Alfredo Sauce, 1/3 cup of 2% Mexican blend cheeses, heated and served hot and stringy) It wasn't perfectly zoned, but she's pregnant and it was a treat because she went to the gym today with me
The best part was after dinner. our daughter kicked and kicked like I've never seen her do before, she had so much energy and excitement, I saw her little feet pop up my fingers for the first time. It's our first child and as a new dad to be, I'm just so excited! Getting and staying in the zone has been a huge lift for me, as all of my clothes is fitting totally loose now, almost to the point I'll need to retire my XL RL Polo's!
I'm Just in a sharing mood this evening. I see alot of people here struggle with their diet, day in and day out, week in and week out. I hope that each of you find a fire burning inside to motor your engine of convictions, and keep up the good work making good choices every day. I admit, with a child on the way, I've gotten a sense of dedication as I've not seen before and I'm using every pound losing day of it to the fullest

! This morning I'm still at 227, that's after drinking very liberally at a birthday party this weekend and eating home cooked Chicken Mole all day Sunday, which I was able to actually zone out with less sauce, more chicken, and a Zone Flatbread

If you haven't had home cooked Mole, I really suggest you try it. It's a special occassion meal in my family and it zones very well with Whole Wheat Tortillas from the store as well. I buy my wife the Mission Balance one with DHA in it, so our baby girl can get extra of the good stuff.
Question: How soon after my wife has our child should she consider starting to supplement with Omega RX? Right now she's on Prenexa and we're not wanting to do much more due to nausia, but I believe she'll be open to 1-2 caps of OmegaRx when she starts breast feeding.
