Hi I don't know if there you have medical zone centers. I'm from Mexico so we have somes but the thing is the block list that they gave me is not equal to block list of this page. For example in one block is 1/2 tbsp avocado 1/2 cup mushroom, spinach, zucchini (boiled) 1 1/2 cup couliflower, boiled 6 cup lettuce romaine So I'm pretty confuce. What I have to do??

ok thank you, so the list that my doctor "zone" gaves me is wrong. In fact i must go by the block lists on this web site.
