    Hi!

I'm new, but I've noticed something.  There are a number of people doing zone here who are buying zone products.  This is fine and is certainly their choice.  I am more of a purist when it comes to food and prefer the "zone classic" method of regular foods.

Many of the recipes, journals, success stories and so on are based on the experiences of those eating zone products.  I'm wondering if it might be possible to subdivide a category for those doing regular food/recipes.  It would be helpful to me and others who are cooking everyday without the brand name products.

    Thanks for considering this.

I've been using the Zone 123 products for about a month now, I'm on my 5th reshipment actually, and I've decided to go to reshipments once every 14 days because I want to start incorporating more whole food snacks, which my favorite is 6oz of FF Plain Greek yogurt with 10 raspberries and 6 almonds, yummy and excellent for 90 minutes before going to they gym. However I do really like the convenience of the Zone Granola & Cereal. If there is a food on here that I'd recommend to anyone, it's the cereal, which is very well priced to store bought natural cereals grade above kellogg, and tends to be the most robust 5 hr no hunger 3 block breakfast I can get on the go.

Years ago I was in classic zone for about 5-6 weeks but the continious veggies in huge amounts got old fast and I eventually stopped, though while I was zoning I did lose 20 lbs. If you're able to keep your zone classic cooking fresh, exciting and enjoy preparing and eating it healthy, then you may have more luck than I.
