If you've never seen this before, here's a fun little exercise.  It's called the Real Age Test, and consists of a series of health and lifestyle questions.  My actual age is 58.1 years and my "Real Age" is 47.1 years (WOO HOO!).  The only thing making me "older" is my history of early stage breast cancer.  To take the test (it's free) go to the home page of the following website and click on the large orange button that says "Take the Real Age Test":  http://www.realage.com/

I did this several years ago, but then kept getting e-mails from them, not so many, but just an FYI.
    .
Today I am 53 and "Real Age" is 38.

I've been doing this little test off and on for several years and I don't get any email from them.  It might relate to how you entered your info.  You can skip the pages (leave blank) where it asks for your contact info, what you'd like to receive and who you'd like to refer to the site.  Anytime you keep getting unwanted email from a site you can usually unsubscribe.
