FYI: For those of you cereal eaters (including myself) I found out that All Bran contains high fructose corn syrup while Fiber One doesn't.

Thanks for the info maureen. In spite of that, both are considered to be unfavorable Zone carbohydrate, so take care to follow the rule not to have more the 25% of all the carbohydrate in your meal from unfavorables. You might like to try ZoneFast 1-2-3 granola. It's delicious. You can eat a whole bowl for breakfast and easily stay in the Zone. I just finished a bowl of the Original Granola with soy milk and raspberries (cow's milk would be fine too).
