S:   peanut butter granola topped with a little soymilk and some blackberries

1.5 hours of heavy yard work clearing brush

Lunch:  ½ package orzo, cooked, chilled and tossed with baby spinach leaves, diced cucumber, diced tomato, artichokes fat free feta and an oil and vinegar dressing, 1 M&M cookie for dessert

Strength training

Vestibular exercises.2

S: almond butter sandwich one two slices cinnamon swirl bread

Dinner: ½ package orzo, cooked, chilled and tossed with Trader Joe’s bruschetta, fat free marinated mushrooms, seasonings and golden balsamic vinegar

It's still hot and humid here.  I'm finding the Zone1-2-3 foods to be really convenient in the hot weather.  I just finished my dinner, a Zone pizza crust with sauce, veggies and a little cheese, and it was sooooo good!  I can't believe I'm eating all this food and staying so lean. I feel better than ever and I'm never hungry.  Just this morning I was asked again if I've lost a little more weight.  I was happy to be able to say yes I had, and it's all because of these amazing Zone foods.

B: French toast with made 2 egg whites, a little soymilk and a cinnamon bun sliced in half horizontally, topped with almond butter and sliced strawberries

S: 1 M&M cookie

Lunch: with all the Zone granola questions here in the forums today I decided to have peanut butter granola, blackberries and unsweetened low carbohydrate chocolate soy milk for lunch

Dinner: 1 Zone pizza (topped with Trader Joe’s bruschetta, tomatoes, olives, crushed garlic, kalamata olives and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.   It was delicious!  I had some blueberries for dessert

Dinner: stuffed zucchini (includes fat free feta and olive tapenade and lemon pepper seasoning) with a cold pasta salad (fusilli, cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and S&P)

B:  2 pieces of French toast spread with almond butter (made with egg white soy milk and cinnamon swirl bread), a couple cherries

Vestibular exercises.1

Lunch:  Raw Veggie “pasta” salad tossed with fusilli

S:  2 Heath bar cookies, a few pistachios and a couple cherries

Dinner:  cold Fusilli (1/2 package) and julienne cut cucumber salad tossed with peanut sauce (peanut butter, water and a little Bragg’s Liquid Aminos)

Lunch: ½ package fusilli tossed with cherry tomato halves, artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little S&P

S: toasted onion bagel spread with garden veggie light cream cheese

Dinner: Flatbread (lightly buttered and toasted in a skillet) topped with Trader Joe’s Tzatziki and extra cucumber slices, 1 heath bar cookie

Dinner: multigrain bagel with Trader Joe’s Spicy Hummus (it’s very spicy), scallions, tomatoes and adobo

S1: ½ package original flavor granola

Dinner:  a big bowl of tomato based home made chunky vegetable soup (radishes, red cabbage, green cabbage, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, kale, low sodium V-8, chicken stock; seasoned with onion and garlic powder, paprika, cumin, coriander, sea salt and ground black pepper), a toasted multigrain bagel with extra virgin olive oil for dipping, and fresh strawberries for dessert
