Ive been getttin tired of basically eatin the same foods day in and day out so i tried a recipe that sears recommend in toxic fat. it was for salmon cakes.
his recipe consisted of 4 1/2 oz of salmon, 2 egg whites, and 1/3 cup of slow cooked oatmeal amongst other ingredients such 1/4 chopped onion, garlic salt, and pepper. He also recommended eating 1 and a 1/2 apples for desert after. After consuming all this food I felt like I might have overcarbed or just over did it. Does anybody have any feed back regarding this?
