I've noticed that twice this past week that I've gotten super sleepy after eating one of my Zone Food meals. Tonight it happened about 2 hours after I had eaten.
The "lunch" I ate the 2 hours before consisted of the following:
6oz. Greek Yogurt (Fage brand)
1 pkg. Original Granola
4 Strawberries
1/2 packet of Stevia to sweeten the yogurt a bit
Should I be adding, or removing anything in particular? I did wake up a little earlier than normal today, but I didn't feel tired initially...It mostly just hit me after my meal.

Hi Jennifer, This is a typicall response to too many carbs. Try 3/4's of the package of granola and see what happens. Experiment w/ different amounts of granola until you find what is right for you.
I usually have 1/2C Stoneyfield FF Plain w/ some blueberries and Granola most mornings for breakfast, it works for me. Everybody is different.
