    Hello

Instead of eating alot of meat (getting kind of bored of it) i was think of eating cheese! Can I eat cheese with 30g protein, 1,5g carbohydrate and 17g fat (per 100g)? Shall i reduce my fat partake? I eat fat from cashewnuts.

    Hi Sabina,

    I think Cheese is good!

It looks like for 100g of cheese that you would get too much fat.

Could you maybe lower your serving of cheese (25-50g), and add in another lowfat or nonfat protein source depending on how many grams of cheese you went with?

    Thank you for your respone
I got nauseous of the cheese (i think its becuase of it tho) so i stoped eating it and started with meat again. Im feeling a little bit better but im gonna hold of for it for some time and see if i feel better. And then I will try your idea. Right now im eating 11 blocks/day, and im eating 2 blocks every meal except for my last meal when i only eat 1 block, and it works well

Yeah, even low fat brick cheese has too much fat in it if that's all you use for the protein in a meal. If you're tired of meat, you could try cottage cheese (which has less fat than brick cheese), tofu, or protein powder.

    Hope that helps!

    Ricotta(low fat) is another alternative.
