I made this easy soup for lunch today, give it a try. Put enough chicken broth in a pan to cook 1/2 package of ZONE fusilli. Add small amount of chopped yellow pepper, cook for about 3 minutes. Add in chopped zucchini, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and spinach (just use small amounts of the veggies) and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Drop in a Table spoon of pesto. Let cool, then enjoy! Paula |
