Hello everybody, I am curious of what you guys ate before and after working out. From what Dr Sears recommend in his Zone diet is to eat a small snack that is zone favorable about 30 minutes before the workout. And another zone favorable snack within 15-30 minutes afterward. Today I ate a zone favorite meal about one hour before and when I came back I ate a whole apple. I am curious of what you guys ate :) Thanks for replies. Laurent

Hi there!! :) I usually eat 1 block half an hour before workout and then I have dinner, so in total I eat only 1 extra block daily (because of the workout), this way I won't eat too many extra blocks per day. 8)

If you eat an apple without any P or F you won't stay in the Zone.[/color:a896619c10]

hi again! I usually eat half a Zone Bar, or a yogurt (that has 7 grs of protein and 9 grs of carbs and no fat plus 3 almonds) or a cup of strawberries, 30 grs of chesse and 3 almonds as well. One of these things will do for me :D Claudia Ivette
