freezing Zonefast foods

    another question! :0) thinking of placing a large Zonefast order and want to be sure what the limit is for how long foods can be frozen. Month or so ok?

    I was told it's at least a few months, though I'm not sure what the actual limit is. They don't last long enough at my house to find out, lol.

    Yes, it's great to have everyone here eating in the Zone, especially since we started eating the ZoneFast meals. It's so easy and we love the foods we're eating. :-)
