Hi Everyone,
You might have read my thread yesterday about seasonings for the Zone plain croutons. With that in mind, this morning I tried it with Zone plain bagel chips. I put a teaspoon of raw chocolate powder (it's raw cocoa powder) in a Ziploc bag along with a smaller amount of cinnamon, chili powder and cayenne, added the contents of a package of Zone plain bagel chips and gave it a few shakes to coat the chips. It worked out well and tasted good. The chocolate powder and spices were all fine ground and adhered to the chips very well. I'm thinking of trying it with Thai spices next time. Just one little tip, use less chocolate powder if you try this. 1 tsp, was too much. I kept inhaling it off the chips with each bite and sneezing, LOL!
