    I’ve thought about adding my own herbs and spices to the plain croutons, to add different flavors to soups and salads, or just to eat as a snack on their own, but I haven’t tried it yet. Has anyone done this? Does anyone have any tips or recipes for flavoring ZoneFast croutons? Thanks!

    I haven't tried or seen the Zone croutons, but when I used to make my own croutons from bread, I liked dried rosemary and garlic powder on them. There's something about rosemary that goes so well with bread.

    If they are already-made croutons and you just want to spice them up, you might have to spray them with some non fat cooking spray or something to make the spices stick.
