    Probably right in front of my eyes , but I looked in the book & around here.

    I have some vanilla protein powder.
    On scoop is 120 cal , 2 carbs & 23 gr of protein.

    Im counting blocks.......how many blocks would that be?

    3 blocks of Protein.
    One Protein block is 7 grams.
    Negligible Carbs.

    Donna, congrats on your first day! A tip, since you protein powder is fat free you'd need to add one extra fat block (that's in addition to the usual fat block) for every block of protein powder you use. Dr. Sears designed the block plan assuming low fat protein is being eaten, so half of the fat needed for Zone balance is be "hidden" be in the low fat protein block, and the other half added in the usual fat block. When fat free protein is eaten it leaves you short on fat unless you add the extra fat block(s).
