Instead of buying 2 of everything (bread, protein bars, snacks, etc.) one for me & my zoning, the other for my daughter - we can each eat the same foods. We can both have Zone white bread, flatbread, pretzels, pasta, etc. And, we can have the same treats in the form of Zone cookies or brownies. It think it also helps in that I don't subconsciously feel "different", or deprived. I would imagine that plays into it too. I'm 7.5 lbs down and feeling more alert and focused and enjoying every minute! |
