sorry, I've one question and I think women can better answer. How could it be possible(if you could) to loose weight without loosing your breast? I'm already 40 and I started to follow the Zone, but I noticed soon this problem. Is there a solution? It maybe sound a stupid question, but it is important for me. Sorry if I make mistakes in english... |

Hi silvia,
I doubt that it is possiblee to prevent that because stored fat will be released from all areas of your body. |

Dear Sue, thanks a lot. I'll take a decision: either I renounce to be fit or I renounce to my breast... Maybe is good to think "in medio stat virtus" (virtue is in the middle) |

Hi silvia, "In medio stat virtus" is a good way to think. I happen to be a breast cancer survivor and my priority is good health. Everyone has their own preferences. :-) |
