    I was wondering if anyone knows if adding alfalfa sprouts for a raw vegie would be o.k., also what about horseradish?

    Horse radish is a condiment, not sure of fat content or type, check.
    And use accordingly.

    Alfalfa Sprouts should be a favorable carb, and it would take a huge amount to equal 1 block, so feel free to use liberally. (we use various sprouts with salads)

    Alfalfa:
    It takes 16 cups! to equal 1 block of net carbs and 1 block of fat.
    Since there is more Protein than Carbs and Fiber,
    Some Protein is probably available; however, I'd consider it negligible!

    Horseradish:
    1 TBL of (Plain, prepared) Horseradish:
    F = 0 Blocks
    C = .2 Blocks
    P = 0 Blocks

    Thanks John! I wanted to make a sprout sandwhich with my new zone 123 bagels. Toasted with a little cream cheese, avacado slices and sprouts, they're delish!
