I'm curious if the pasta is something I could cook, and reheat?

So for instance the pastas would be something that I would want to eat for dinner, but I usually eat my dinner at work...Would cooking this earlier in the day, and reheating it in the microwave for my dinner at night be okay?

I just wasn't sure if this would somehow change the pasta, or have an effect on its nutritional values or not...I thought I read somewhere that it needed to be immediately eaten upon cooking, but now I can't find that anywhere (maybe I was dreaming?) ha ha!

Jennifer, yes, you can cook and reheat them later. I checked with Zone Labs. I do it all the time. They also make nice cold pasta salads.
