    Is it okay to skip around on the meal plans and do say, Day 3 breakfast on Day 2, etc? As long as its a Zone meal from the book, does it matter which day you have it? (You can tell I'm new to the Zone) Thank you!

    Yes, the meal plans are just suggestions.
    The main point is that all meals/snacks are balanced (1-2-3 calorie) ratio of grams of fat, Protein, and carbohydrates.
    You do not have to count calories, though. You will get it as you continue and learn. This website and these forums have lots of information and support.
