Hi amar,
These meal planners should help you.:

For 17 blocks, add a three 1 block snacks to the men's 7 day planners.

"do you want to say that these meal plan have 16 blocks?"
No, I do not mean they contain 16 blocks. The average man in the Zone eats 14 blocks daily, typically 3 4-block meals and 2 1-block snacks. When you add 3 more 1 block snacks a day (each 1 block snack contains 1 protein block, plus 1 carbohydrate block, plus 1 fat block) to the typical men's recommendation you have the 17 blocks you require. Another way to add 3 more fully balanced blocks would be to drink a glass of low fat milk with each of your 3 meals, giving you 3 5-block meals and 2 1-block snacks, for a total of 17 blocks.

Hi my name is Jeff
I'm 30 years old. I getting ready to start the zone diet on Monday. Right now I'm about 5'9 and 195 pounds my body fat is around 15%. I would really like to get around 8%. My main goal is to keep as much muscle as I can. I was told my blocks for eating should be 24 24 and 24. Anyways I was wondering if this sounds right I lift weight 5 times a week and do 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week. My ideal goal would be 200lbs at 8% body fat. So once I hit 8% body fat I would like to start to put on muscle to get to my goal. What would you recommed I eat on a daily basis.
