    I use the USDA food database to look up this type of stuff. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

    Looks like 1 cup of pummelo in sections is 18 carbs (16 minus the fiber), basically 2 blocks per cup. Making a block 1/2 cup
