    Anyone out there doing the Zone in Central Iowa area? Would love to hear how things are going for you.
    I want so bad to feel good I can almost taste it!

    Garbage in will equal garbage out. Time to take out the garbage.

    Hi Brian! So you're a fellow Iowan! I'm from northwest Iowa, and just started with my auto shipment of the new zone 123 products today. I'm hoping they are as wonderful as they sound. The multi-grain bagel I had for breakfast was really yummy!

    Hey, I am not in central Iowa, but I am a neighbor in Wisconsin!
