    Need help with meal planing, how many blocks to eat a day, what to eat before and after yoga class and how does it affact the rest of the meals. I know that i should eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. I am 34 years old 1.60 m and 64 kg. I use to practice thai boxing so i am a bit masculer.

    You can eat more than 5 times a day to suit you specific needs, as long as you stick to your protein block requirement daily. I practice yoga as well as other activities and I have significant LBM.
