I was reading another post on fat blocks, and it looks like I should be eating an additional 1 block of fat for every 1 block of fat-free protein that I'm eating. I really like Chobani yogurt, and I usually eat the fat free kind. One container has 2 blocks of protein, so can someone confirm that I should be having 4 blocks of fat with it (I usually eat peanuts for my fat blocks)? Thanks! |

Jennifer, yes, you should add one more monounsaturated fat block for each block of fat free protein you eat. If you eat 3 blocks of fat free yogurt in one meal then you'd add 3 extra blocks of fat to that meal (add 6 fat blocks instead of the usual three). |
