Ok, so I'm new to the Zone and still learning...does anyone know how many "blocks" the zone bars and cookies equal? I am supposed to have 11 blocks a day, so would the bars/cookies count as a snack or meal? I'm confused<img src='desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'>

    Hi Stacey!

One Dr. Sears Zone bar contains 2 blocks; that's 2P, 2C and 2F. One package of 2 Zone cookies contains the same; 2P, 2C and 2F. The bars and cookies can both be eaten as snacks or meal replacements, either is fine technically. I wouldn't suggest to get into the habit of eating cookies for meals on a regular basis because you'll be missing out on eating all those colorful veggies, which include fiber and polyphenols.
