I haven't been participating much on the forums lately, but I've been lurking
Nonetheless...I personally hadn't read "Toxic Fat" yet because it seems to be always checked out at our library, and I'm currently too cheap to buy it since I'd rather spend my money on good food!
Well, I found Toxic Fat is on Amazon for $4.88 (roughly $5)
So if anyone hasn't picked it up yet, but would like to get it while it's cheap I figured I would post and let you know

Thanks Jennifer. I wanted to get it, as the only book I own (but give away) are a couple left of paperback copies of "A Week in the ZONE". I started with the ZONE from a library book, "The Omega RX ZONE". But never purchased any books, except A Week in the ZONE". And as I had a few items in my wish list, just waiting until I reached the amount for Free Shipping, this did it. |

I'm glad this worked out John!
Strangely enough I just got a packet in the mail mentioning that I can get a FREE copy of Toxic Fat with a purchase of either the Men or Women's Two-Week ZoneFast program...
Unfortunately I noticed the shipping for this was $30.51 for me! boo...
