Ok, back again. This is the second Product that I was refering to in my first Post.

I have a little more knowledge and experience with this one. Information on this one isn't hard to find at all. I have used this Product myself with great results. This is the only Bodybuilding Supplement that I use (aside from my day to day nutrition Zone Diet with significantly higher Fat consumption (from virgin olive oil), Omega3 Oil, Coral Calcium, Alpha Lipoic Acid, etc).
The Creatine Serum is far superior to Creatine Powder (aka chalk, lol). I wouldn't recommend taking the serum for every single workout tho. A couple of years ago (when i was young and stupid) I took a 4X dose of the serum and was half way thro a mind blowing workout when my right arm gave out and I dropped a dumbell on my chest. This is a very unpleasant feeling when you can't feel/move your arm. Luckily my arm was fine after a few minutes and I had not lost any of my strength. I must admit that I didn't have a clue whatsoever about proper bodybuilding form then and that could have contributed to this occurance. However I have never injured myself before and I do plenty of woodcutting, high-intensity lifting, and have dabbled in a bit of Judo and Running. The point I'm trying to make is that if you know how to push yourself to the max and you overload on the Serum your muscles become so saturated with the serum that you can't feel the warning signs that let you know when to quit. Fearless individuals can progress forever, it's the body that can't keep up and needs to be waited upon for further progress.
I included this story not to bash this product but only to give a warning to other bodybuilders out there. The serum works safely at the regular dose and is awsome for overcoming a weak point or for endurance activities such as running. I've noticed that it is really shines when it comes to weighted abdominal work in terms of reps. But even at the regular dose it tends to have a slightly numbing sensation.
My story ended without any injuries, but I've heard constantly that nothing kills motivation like an injury. I'd also like to include another link to the best book on bodybuilding form that I've found out there. This book will change a beginning bodybuilder's outlook and training significantly. The book is a real eye opener and if you follow it you will never sustain a serious injury. Why train with dangeorus form and suffer an injury in a year or 2 just to add another lb or 2 of muscle when you can train an entire lifetime injury free. If anyone has a need to disagree with me about this book or make a claim that I am trying to simply sell products please save it. Change of any kind is almost always resisted and I will not reply if you choose to argue with me.

If anyone has any more recent information about Creatine Serum supplementation (or dangers) please post it. My fear is that since the body already produces Creatine daily that long-term supplementation might comprimise the body's ability to produce optimum amounts of it, but so far I've heard only good news about it. The only downside that I can see is that it contains a very small amount of Honey, which will effect hormones in a negative way. Good bye all and stay strong.
