    Does anyone have a good pesto sauce recipe? I am only cooking for two, and every recipe I have is a little heavy on the fats. Also, I don't know how to measure basil blocks. Thanks.

    Hi!

    I use a prepared pesto (Buitoni Reduced Fat Pesto; 1 T is about 3 F blocks), so I don't have a recipe to share. But I wanted to let you know pesto would be considered a fat for the Zone. There isn't enough basil in it to need to count the carbohydrate.
