Hey all, I have been zoning for some time now, but just recently bought some dried fruit from Trader Joes. I made sure to check the ingredient label and all it say is exactly what it is: (Example: Ingredients: Dried Pineapple). My question is, what does Dr. Sears say about this? How do I go about measuring the proper amount for 1 block? Do I do the carb-fiber divided by 9? Any help is greatly appreciated...thank you! |
