Hey all, I have been zoning for some time now, but just recently bought some dried fruit from Trader Joes. I made sure to check the ingredient label and all it say is exactly what it is: (Example: Ingredients: Dried Pineapple). My question is, what does Dr. Sears say about this? How do I go about measuring the proper amount for 1 block? Do I do the carb-fiber divided by 9? Any help is greatly appreciated...thank you!

He says dried fruit is not a Zone favorable food (it spikes you blood sugar...even the favorable fruits when dried). Eat it in very small amounts in order to be able to keep your insulin in the Zone.

    Yes.
