On some of the recipes here I notice a dessert is included and a list of blocks is posted--ie: Baked Tilapia with Vegetables. Is the dessert part of the meal and number of blocks or should the dessert be saved for the evening snack?

It part of the meal, and it's important to eat it with the meal to complete the meal balance. Each Zone snack must also contain balanced amounts of P, C and F.

Thanks Sue. I made the Tilapia dish last night and it seemed like so much food. We weren't sure if we should still eat our evening snack so my bad. It's amazing how some of the recipes make quite a bit of food and then others don't seem to have very much at all for the same amount of blocks.

Yes, you should also eat the bedtime snack. As you're finding out, you'll always have plenty to eat in the Zone. :-)
