Does Dr. Sears have a more recently updated list of Zone blocks and the glycemic load of foods than this: http://www.drsears.com/ArticlePrevi...fault.aspx

In "Toxic Fat Syndrome", Dr. Sears now lists carrots as a good source of carbohydrates (they weren't previously), but I can't find the same list on his website.

And since I've learned that carrots are now approved, I've been looking around the Internet to see if there are any other foods that were incorrectly listed as approved. I found that green peas are listed as having a low glycemic load here: http://www.health.harvard.edu/newsw..._foods.htm

Does this mean they too, are a good source of carbs? Does anyone know if there are there any other foods that have been moved into the low glycemic load category?

Not that I am aware of. Some foods that were previously favorable have been changed to unfavorable, but I am not aware of any food other than carrots that were "upgraded".

Probably a good question to submit to Zone Labs. I asked this about a year or so ago, actually a bunch of us asked and we all got varied answers...??
