Dr. Sears recommends a bowl or two of oatmeal per day, but I've tested intolerant to it. Are there any other good food sources of GLA? (I know Dr. Sears adds GLA in to his brand of fish oil, but it's a bit expensive.)

There are no other food sources for GLA, as far as I am aware of. You could supplement with Evening Primrose oil. But, I can't tell you how much you would need. Maybe you could call Zone Labs and ask for some guidance from one of their trained professionals who can give you a recommendation?
