Any suggestions for when getting sick. I ate something for lunch today and it is still bothering me. I am queasy and it has to take it's course. My first urges were to eat Doritos... but that passed. However, I an torn between keeping up with the "blocks" and just taking it easy.. I am worried when it has passed that I will feel like eating everthing in sight.
Any suggestions?

FYI I changed my "name" from Kevin to Francis Geary. Kevin seems to be a common name in the forum. You can read about Francis Geary at

If you can't get food down, I wouldn't try to get every block in. Just do your best to eat balanced from favorable foods that go down easy. Something that has worked at our house is applesauce mixed with protein powder, cinnamon and a little light olive oil (neutral flavor/ no taste to it). Ease back into eating slowly if you need to. Carbs are usually more appealing that protein when you've had a stomach/intestinal bug. A plain egg white omelet made in light olive oil with a little salt and pepper and a side of steel cut oats is a good choice once you feel like eating a little more.
Feel better soon!
